The following screenshots will show the Medical TimeLine's PACS rendering features.

CT image of chest at 6/5/95, containing 41 slices.

As the user clicks on the image, the various slices of the PACS file are shown.  The below AVI media file demonstrates the cycling through slices.

3D volume rendering of CT chest image at 6/5/95.  The user is able to define a gray-scale threshold for which an opaque surface is rendered for a pixel with that has a grey-scale value greater than the threshold.

3D Voxel rendering of the same image as before.  A 3D voxel rendering renders a mist where each voxel's intensity determines how transparent it is.

2D rendering of above image.

This below AVI movie shows how users can click on the image to show various slices of the before PACS file.

This is another 3D volume rendering of the same image at a different angle.

This is another 3D voxel rendering of the same image at a different angle.

The below AVI movie clip shows the traversal of various slices of a chest CT image.

The below AVI movie clip shows the traversal of various slices of a head MR image.
